dapat wala ng duty sa hospital sa mga wards pag special days...

gaya ng december 25-jannuary 3

dahil yun lang ang tym para makasama ng mga students ang family nila lalo na ang mga nursing

kasi.... may duty at summer classes sila kaya di sila makauwi pag summer..

dapat alam ng mga instructors yan...

naiintindihan ko pa sana kung special area yun ... OR, DR, ER, or nursery...

tym lang naman kasi nila yun para naman makatulong sa mga nagpapaaral sa kanila kahit short tym lang...





kaya kung pwede sana ay paki cancel na lang yung 24-6 na duty para naman masaya...

kahit na andami mong suggestion jan kung hindi talaga pwede accdg sa taas(Dean), walang mangyayari....

dont care kung anu pa man yan....
walang inorient samin na may duty sa
december 24-25....
besides nagbugay sila nga sched na wala dati
taz ngaun ang dali lang nilang palitan.....
panu kung magpalitan ng sitwasyon ang mga stud at mga staff???
taz ganun din ang gagawin...
